Review: My hair was so dry and dull with different shades of blondes in it. Went to the upper hand hair salon in Royal oaks and Shakiria worked her magic and brought it back to life. I’m a mommy and just wanted something natural that didn’t need a lot of upkeep and that’s exactly what Shakiria gave me! Love the color and cut she gave me! So glad to finally have a stylist I can trust!

Review: I’m taking the opportunity to express my displeasure with The Upper Hand Salon: Royal Oaks1. On my first appointment when it applied highlights and my scalp suffered burns for one week.2. On that same occasion they damaged a new blouse with the tint. I had to discharge the item.3. On my second appointment, I requested one color and toner. They misunderstood and applied highlights on my whole hair.When I mentioned it , they reacted negatively.Sincerely I thought that this hair salon was the top of the line. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Review: This is my third appointment with Stefani and she’s WONDERFUL. Love the attention and pride she shows while working on my hair. I’ve been working towards some lighter colors in my hair and I love her natural approach to all of my ideas. Also the cuts are phenomenal. Genuinely very interesting human being with a very comforting balance of professionalism and casualness. Extremely welcoming and always nice to see her for my appointments! The salon is pretty chilly though, I’d recommend wearing pants to any longer appointments:)

Review: Everything was great. Maria did an excelente job on my hair. She understood exactly what I need to get done in my hair. She knew exactly how to achieve it. She’s been able to do the work that for 18 years hair stylist have not been able to do. First time in a while I leave satisfied from a Hair Salon. Also Maria is so nice and is such a sweetheart, that you really feel welcomed every time you go. I’ve seen some other people commenting rude things about the place, but they genuinely do a great job. I say kindly, please show love and Support to them. Ever since I got my haircut there I‘ve been getting compliments because it looks good. Book your appointment with Maria!!!!
