Review: I’ve gotten my haircut with Jose which has been great. Recently I booked a cut with someone else because I needed to correct a bad haircut and Jose had no availability. Unfortunately I ended up with a bad cut. I asked for layers and ended up with a jellyfish cut and choppy layers nothing like the picture i sbowed. My hair is very thick so I guess not everyone knows how to cut thick hair. I hate confrontation and when my hair was blow dried it looked okay but once I got to style it myself it was a disaster.

Review: The best hair salon ever in Houston. All the people who work here are so professional. I came to this place once every week. David and Tomee are the best persons I have ever deal with when it comes to my hair. They are very professional and very friendly they will make you comfortable during your work. You can ask them anything about your service you will get a satisfactory answer. Everyone who works here is very nice to their customers. The place is clean, the restrooms are clean, and service is affordable you will get rewards if you come often. I can say try once you will love it for sure. Highly recommended.

Review: I do not recommend this place at all. I wish I had checked the reviews before going. Look at how you respond to your customers; you have a serious lack of professional ethics. Just because someone tells you that you are not doing a good job doesn’t mean it’s not true. My experience was not good; they are bad colorists. This was my first and last time at this place. They should be more humble and admit their mistakes. It’s not appropriate to respond like that to customers who are paying for a job that is not being done well or done poorly. It’s good you have reflected and changed the way in which your respond to customer reviews, however you have left a bad impression in every aspect already.
