Review: As a black woman it is great to have a place like this when I want to sit back and relax and get pampered a little bit. It’s great to have individuals that understand my hair and know exactly what to do without needing the guidance from me. I wish they had something like this in all major cities. I had such a pleasant experience here I’m already looking forward to going back. My stylists was very pleasant and super personable. I hope she’ll be available next time I go back. I’m forgetting the most important part my hair came out absolutely stunning!

Review: This place is truly unprofessional and is not worth your time or money. My Wife had a scheduled appointment for Friday May 24th, with the hairstylist Diamond, 20 minutes before her scheduled appointment Diamond, cancels.This isn’t the first time this was done and this is truly unacceptable for the second time.Please Bella experience hire new employees that actually want to do their job and not inconvenience reoccurring clients that are punctual, professional, and have booked an appointment.This is a bad representation for your company to have an employee that continues to cancel appointments upon their arrival, which shows lack of respect of people’s time.

Review: Wonderful midtown multi-ethnic salon. Beautiful building, great staff Tyler is amazing. Parking can be crazy but totally worth it. Amazing rooftop view while in the salon chair. Secure, nice atmosphere and overall beautiful and stylish salon. One happy client as I normally wear my curly hair. Very OUTSTANDING silk press done by Tyler.

Review: I recently visited The Bella Experience salon, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. On both occasions, I found myself waiting for an extended period before being serviced. The first time, it took them a lengthy 42 minutes to begin attending to me. More recently, during my scheduled appointment at 10:30 AM, I arrived promptly, only to wait for over 30 minutes without any updates. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional hour or more as the stylist was still working on someone else.This situation was not only frustrating but also inconvenienced my schedule, as I had an appointment immediately after to get a wig installed. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I found it extremely unprofessional that I wasn’t informed upfront about the lengthy wait time. It would have been helpful to know in advance so that I could plan accordingly. Instead, I had to ask after waiting for 30 minutes, only to be informed of an additional hour-long wait.Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by The Bella Experience salon. Waiting for an extended period without any clear communication is not the kind of experience I expected. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future to provide a more pleasant salon experience for their clients.
