Review: So sad to have this experience, N. damaged my hair because of lack of communication and I am trying to reverse the damage for weeks now and keeps falling crazy.First, I booked a double shot but received a regular blow dry, and when I asked her: is this double shot? she answered yes! I didn’t receive any moisturizing treatments as I thought I should, then I realized that I am paying for a regular blow out by the receptionist. second, I asked her to do a curly hair, she straightened it all, and when done I told her I wanted curly hair, she said sorry I will re-do it, so she applied extra heat, I asked her to stop and I don’t want extra hear cause I know what damages my hair, but sadly she insisted and thought this will make me happy. My hair edges became brittle and smelled burning especially after washing and I had to cut my hair to hide the damage, and until now it is still falling. All I ask you is to tell your employees to listen to the clients cause they know best what is good for them. and It is OK to ask for help if they are not sure what was told. Thank you.Also I believe it is not very professional to text clients about a review, especially if it’s the person who’s having the conflict with.

Review: Noelia is the VERY BEST! I have getting my hair styled by Noelia for at least a year now, and am happy with my hair each time! I don’t know what product she puts on it, but it definitely protects from the heat of the blow dryer because my hair has actually gotten healthier since going to her! Noelia is a professional and is extremely proud of what she does, and puts as much care into every session as if you were attending a big event. Highly recommend!!!

Review: I scheduled a keratin + haircut for 10:30am. When I got there, it was obvious the stylist was with another client. They shampooed my hair right away and then I sat in the chair for about 30 min just waiting. Not once did anyone come over to check in or give an update on the wait. Once the stylist was finally done, there was no apology given or an explanation. I let him know I wouldn’t be able to do the haircut part of my appointment due to the 30 minute delay. He stated that they were running behind bc of the storm and then finally apologized. I would’ve been more than happy to re-schedule rather than just sit for 30 min and waste my time. After that- it seemed that he was angry and upset that I brought up my wait bc he barely spoke a word. He was very short with me when I asked a question about the keratin process. After this he shampooed my hair with cold water, and proceeded to blow dry my hair super aggressively constantly shaking my head and just left my hair in front of my face for me to fix. This is definitely not a standard because every single stylist I’ve had has always asked me how I part my hair and fixes it. I’ve honestly never had such a horrible and passive aggressive treatment at a salon. It was a really disappointing experience, considering that I was really excited to try their keratin treatments. I’ve been getting keratin treatments for years now but I will definitely never be coming back to this place and will not be recommending this salon to anyone I know.
