She left my hair looking phenomenal. I love coming to her, knowing she will always do a great job. She teaches you how to take care of your hair and walks you through what she does before she cuts. Review: I had Bella cut my hair recently. I shouldn’t have let her cut my hair again – the last 3 times I’ve had to go back to have her re-cut my hair because the “layer cut” she gave me was terrible. The last time on 11/2/23 was the worst ever. This time I decided not to go back to her because the cut was so bad that I wasn’t going to let her near me with scissors again. Wish I could add photos to show how bad this cut is. After giving several tries, I won’t be going back to JDall Salon ever again.

Review: I have used J Dall for years (specifically @katierose.hair for prior appointments), and when they were at their old location. It had been over a year since my last visit, and Katie was no longer there as she moved further south. I went in for a wash, cut, and style. I had down below my waist length hair, and I wanted a trim with face framing layers. I was told I shouldn’t do curtain bangs or get layers all over, which is what the inspiration pictures I brought in. The stylist cut off over half a foot of my hair, and I cried on the way home. She tried to tell me I agreed to the amount, and it was only 3 inches, but I never agreed to this length. The prices also significantly increased since the last time, and $115 for what I got seemed way overpriced. That’s on me for not checking the pricing beforehand, but I didn’t expect to pay almost double what I did last time.
