Review: Stay far away from this salon. Not only was my haircut terrible, but after trying to get a refund so that I could go to a different salon and get it fixed, and sending the requested pictures to the stylist, they still didn’t believe me. They demanded that I come in to prove to the owner that I wasn’t lying. I have never seen such disrespect from a business. Run far away from this salon.

Review: I am devastated by my experience at Green Apple. I have cancelled holiday travel plans and events because I am too embarrassed and humiliated to go out in public. After originally being very happy with the cut and color by Alexis, a terrible mistake was made after I went in a few weeks ago for a root touch up. Almost all of the hair on the crown of my head has/is broken/breaking off.I reached out immediately and asked for help. Alexis called me back and asked me to text her photos. I requested help and a refund. After I texted her photos, she told me the owner, Anthony, said I could not have a refund because they had, “told me this could happen” which is absolutely not true. She told me he would call and said they would offer me product and assistance, but he never called. First, she said he was busy and then he was out of town and 10 days went by with no call from Anthony.At first, I let Alexis know I understood that mistakes happen and I feel I was very forgiving but when Anthony took a defensive posture and tried to blame me and then failed to call me for 10 days, I decided a review was my only recourse. I have never written a bad review for a business before and I really hate doing this…

Review: Miracles DO happen here! I will post before and after pics shortly.So, on a reference from a good friend, I went to see Anthony and he rescued my hair that I was ready to shave completely off my head!Anthony, you “are” the Hair Doctor! Thank you!I also must mention Christine who was standing by. Not sure if he was mentoring or it could have been her curiosity for this horrendous disaster I caused. Bottom line: After listening to their conversations about what-if scenarios and various approaches, I would feel very confident having either Christine or Anthony take care of me on my next appointment.So obviously, this was my first visit here and it won’t be my last. I am so very happy with the hair rescue I received. From the moment I walked in, Miguel first greeted me with a smile and great conversation despite my disaster on my head. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed in my state of hair-agitation. He even made me the most delicious cup of hot tea! Thank you Miguel.Thank you all!
