Review: Let me start by saying Alexa is a sweetheart, but what happened to my hair is tragic. I went in with hair that was almost to the top of my butt and just wanted a tiny trim. I told her I wanted an inch or less trim because I have a birthday trip next month and I wanted to keep the length and just clean up the ends a little. I also wanted long layers with a face frame. My first haircut was okay except there were mainly layers only on the right side that were pretty short and none on the left side. I asked if I could come back and have it evened out and they happily obliged. I went in this past weekend and idk what happened again but basically majority of my hair was trimmed short leaving a thin long section only in the back that didn’t blend at all. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed, which ultimately meant that area of long hair had to be trimmed to match the rest. Now my hair is the shortest it’s been in 9 years when all I wanted was a simple tiny trim before my birthday. I feel like it was maybe a one off because her work I saw looked great. It’s just very unfortunate this happened right before my birthday trip and now I have to figure out how to style hair this short when I’ve had super long hair for years.

Review: CHLOE IS THE BEST! I hadn’t had my hair done in over a decade (kids come first haha) and she did an amazing job on my highlights. I have really dark hair and she lightened it perfect! Super sweet and so easy to talk to.

Review: Chloe is the best!! As a first time client my hair came out better than I could’ve imagined. She’s a perfectionist in the best way, she treats your hair like she’s doing her own. I showed her 2 inspo pics and she nailed it. The salon is very clean and everyone was friendly. Overall I 10/10 recommend Chloe!

Review: I had went to get my roots done and had a chemical cut under my hair. My stylists was nice but the brunette stylist in the chair next to me made a rude comment about me having purple shampoo still showing in my hair (left side chair 2 in December). I made a joke about it to play along and it was just awkward and quiet. I had been in and out of the cardiologist office dealing with heart issues and just wanted to feel pretty before my vacation. My stylist didn’t feel comfortable giving me a full touch up with the chemical cut so I understood. He also didn’t wanna blow dry my hair incase of damage. I went back to my salon in Austin and they fixed me right up. When two salons told in Houston told me they were too afraid to touch it, my girl who’s been doing this for 17 years got me back to platinum and my hair feels healthy again. The highlights were good but who ever that girl was doing hair next to us was a weirdo.

I was initially hesitant to let just anyone touch my hair, but London’s expertise and skill put me at ease from the start. She truly understood what I wanted and brought it to life flawlessly.
